Release Statement

Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil practice and remedies code) an equine professional or livestock show sponsor is not liable for an injury to or, the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities. I hereby release the Chisholm Trail Dressage & Combined Training Association, its directors, officers, members, employees and agents from liability or claims of every kind (including costs, expenses and attorney’s fees) that might result from damages, injury or losses to my person or property during or in connection with any show, seminar, function, whether or not damages, injuries, or losses resulted directly or indirectly from the negligent act or commission of the directors, officers, members, employees or agents of the Chisholm Trail Dressage & Combined Training Association.

Photo Release Statement

Chisholm Trail Dressage & Combined Training Association (CTDCTA) occasionally uses electronic and traditional media for publicity and educational purposes. By my signature on this form, I acknowledge receipt of this policy and give permission to CTDCTA and its designee to use such reproductions for educational and publicity purposes for the continuous future. In doing so, I waive any right to royalty or any other compensation with regard to usage of such photos referred to in this form.

I understand that I will need to notify CTDCTA if any changes to my situation occur that will impact this photo release permission. If member is a minor, parent/guardian needs to accept or deny these terms below.
